Himachali Honey is a type of honey that is collected by bees from the nectar of flowers and other plant sources in natural forest environments. The term "Himachali Honey" implies that the bees forage in diverse and untouched forest areas, away from agricultural fields or human settlements where bees have access to a wide variety of flowers and plants, leading to a more complex and unique flavour profile in the honey.

This raw and unprocessed honey is likely to contain propolis, beeswax, pollens and is not subjected to high heat or extensive filtration, preserving its natural enzymes and nutrients. This makes it highly advantageous for health.

 It is one of the rarest available Honeys and is harvested mostly once a year from the Sidr Trees which are present in desert regions of Rajasthan. It has a Buttery Sweet taste with flavours of Butterscotch and Caramel and is golden light in colour.
